We teamed up with KS95 FM today to promote Unleaded 88 at the Corner Store station in Inver Grove Heights.
During the two-hour promotion, held from 12 pm to 2 pm, we educated drivers on the various benefits of Unleaded 88. Drivers who fueled up with Unleaded 88 during the promotion won prizes such as $20 in cash, tickets to Minnesota United, tickets to the St Paul Saints, Applebee’s gift cards and various KS95 merchandise.
The promotion was held at the Corner Store station at 3015 80th Street East in Inver Grove Heights.
Today’s promotion was part of our months-long campaign to promote Unleaded 88 in the Twin Cities metro area. Following today’s event, we will be heading to other stations across the Twin Cities metro area over the next six months to promote Unleaded 88. According to data from the Minnesota Department of Commerce, Unleaded 88’s average discount to 87 octane fuel in the first two months of 2025 yielded $3.25 million in savings for Minnesotans at the pump.
In the first two months of 2025, 24.12 million gallons of Unleaded 88 was sold in Minnesota, 11 percent higher than the volume sold over the same period in 2024.
