Whether you are looking at used or new, there is a flex fuel vehicle right for any budget. Maybe you are looking for an older used car for your teenage driver. If that’s the case, a flex fuel vehicle is a great option for them. What a perfect opportunity to teach them the importance of choosing a cleaner burning fuel that benefits the air quality and spares them their spending money.
Or perhaps you’re buying a 2021 model that has the newest technology. This year, there are three returning manufacturers that are making FFV models-Chevrolet, GMC, and Ford, which have different models of vehicles in several sizes.
Admittedly, there are fewer manufacturers offering new FFV models than in past years. This is due to the EPA diminishing the incentive auto manufacturers were getting in the past for selling flex fuel vehicles. However, if consumer demand goes up for FFVs, manufacturers will continue making them, so please consider a FFV, and make a Clean Air Choice® with E85.
